Q1. Why milunchmoney?

Milunchmoney allows parents and sponsors the convenience to pay for ALL school related fees online credit card, debit card, or electronic check.

Q2. When can I start making payments as a parent?

Simple create a parent account. Then find out if your child’s school is using Milunchmoney payment platform. Add a student to your account using their name, and date of birth.

Q3. Will funds be available immediately after adding funds to student account?

YES, funds will be immediately available on your student account and school will be able to make transaction.

Q4. What do I do if I forgot my password or username?

Your username is the email address that you use to create your parent account. Resetting your password is easy, simply click on the link “Forgot username or password?” in the login box on the homepage. Enter your email address and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you do not receive an email in the timeframe specified please check your SPAM/Junk folder to see if the email was sorted there.

Q5. How do I know my information is secure?

Providing our clients with world leading data security is the utmost priority for Milunchmoney. This includes securing your information, your student information and most of all your payment information. The Milunchmoney website and mobile app are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, which is a set of security requirements set by Visa, MasterCard, and the other major payment brands, for card payments. Our online payment gateway is provided by First Atlantic Commerce who is a leading provider of secure and robust Internet payment solutions, offering a range of services that includes multi-currency, real-time credit card and debit card processing as well as online consumer authentication and other fraud management services.

Q6. What does Milunchmoney do with your personal information?

Q7. Can other person add funds to my student account?

YES. Simple give them your student’s unique Milunmoney ID (MLM ID) locate on your student account profile. Then tell the person to download the milunchmoney app click on “known student” and then add funds. Funds added will be available immediately on your students account.

Q8. Is there a fee associated with using milunchmoney?

Downloading and using the milunchmoney app is FREE! However when funds are being added to a student account or you are adding funds as a sponsor a small service charge fee of 5.5% of transaction total will be charge. (Service charge will not exceed $900 JMD and will not be less than $100 JMD

Q9. How can I sponsor a School?

Simple search for School of choice and click on add funds, put in required payment information and congrats you have just Sponsor the school of your choice.

Q10. Can I have a sponsor account?

YES. Simple check “create an account” when completing a sponsor transaction. Then put in your name, email address and create a password and congrats you will now have a sponsor account.

Q11. How can I obtain a refund?

Contact student school and request refund. Once the school approves the refund milunchmoney will then contact financial institution that process card transaction to provide a refund. For further information on refund read our refund policy.
